Archiving Policy

The Journal of Intelligent Systems and Applied Sciences (JISAS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published content.

1. Digital Archiving and Preservation

JISAS participates in recognized digital preservation services to ensure permanent access to its published content, including:

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

  • Other distributed archiving systems where applicable

These services provide secure, redundant storage to safeguard content against data loss, system failure, or journal discontinuation.

2. Self-Archiving by Authors

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in:

  • Institutional repositories

  • Subject-based repositories

  • Personal or academic websites

Provided that proper citation and a link to the final published version in JISAS are included.

3. Version Control

The journal maintains the integrity of the scholarly record by clearly identifying:

  • Published versions

  • Corrected versions

  • Retracted articles

Any updates to articles are transparently documented and linked to the original publication.

4. Access and Availability

All content published in JISAS remains freely accessible under the journal’s open-access policy. Archived content remains available regardless of changes in journal ownership, platform, or publication status.

Through participation in digital preservation programs and adherence to best practices in scholarly publishing, JISAS ensures that its content remains accessible to the global research community over the long term.
