AAbout
Journal of Intelligent Systems and Applied Sciences (JISAS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research on intelligent systems and applied computational methods. The journal provides a scholarly platform for high-quality theoretical, methodological, and applied studies that address how intelligent systems are designed, evaluated, and deployed in real-world and interdisciplinary contexts.
JISAS places particular emphasis on research that moves beyond isolated algorithmic performance to examine intelligent systems under real-world constraints, including limited data, resource efficiency, robustness, scalability, and long-term system reliability. By focusing on system-level behavior and deployment considerations, the journal aims to bridge the gap between computational innovation and practical impact.
The journal actively encourages interdisciplinary research that integrates intelligent systems with domains such as healthcare, education, engineering, social sciences, public policy, sustainability, and organizational studies. Submissions are expected to demonstrate clear computational contributions—such as models, algorithms, system architectures, or evaluation frameworks—while engaging meaningfully with application contexts.
JISAS publishes original research articles, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, benchmarking and replication studies, methodological and technical papers, and applied research with demonstrable scientific or practical implications. Quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches are welcome, provided that methodological rigor, transparency, and ethical integrity are maintained.
All manuscripts submitted to JISAS undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by independent experts. The journal adheres to internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing and follows the guidelines and best practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). As an open-access journal, JISAS aims to enhance the global visibility, accessibility, and impact of research on intelligent systems and applied computational sciences, fostering international dialogue and responsible innovation.
